Well, not exactly a thousand miles, for if we assume each step is about a foot’s length, we have a grand total of 5,280,000 steps, and I don’t believe that it is humanly possible to create that many posts. That being said, I am committed to regularly update this blog which shall consist of opinion pieces on chemistry and videogame topics as well as updates on what’s going around my life by the fortnight.
Of course, this begs the question on why I chose to create a blog, and though I have many answers, the biggest motivator is that I wanted others to get to know me better as there’s not much that you can really glean from a professional website front. You may know of Steven the Chemist, but how about Steven the Person? There’s a person behind the white lab coat, and I want to express myself, share my interests, and ideally give my visitors (like you!) a good time.
